Eligible for: No possibility of a refund

Alternative: At the discretion of the administration, a credit for future charters may be granted

Cancellations Due to Adverse Weather
Weather-Related Guarantee
Our foremost concern is security. Should weather conditions render sailing hazardous, as determined by our accredited captain, we extend flexible alternatives:
- Total Reimbursement: If rescheduling the charter isn't feasible, a full refund is issued
- Rescheduling: We offer a change to the next open slot without added costs
- Credit for Charter: Allot a credit, valid for one year from the original date of the charter
Weather Evaluation Procedure
Assessment of weather comprises:
- Evaluation of wind force and trajectory
- Height of waves and sea state
- Visibility and precipitation prognosis
- Naval advisories and alerts
- Captain’s expert safety appraisal
Decision Timeline: Call-offs due to weather are declared at least 4 hours prior to the set departure time.
Medical Emergency Cancellation Policies
Emergency Circumstances
Emergency medical situations are sensitive issues we acknowledge. Specific incidents may be eligible for particular analysis:
- Abrupt ailment or harm that mandates hospitalization
- Loss of a family member
- Military assignment or urgent recall
- Summoned for jury duty or a court subpoena
- Natural calamities impacting your itinerary
Documentation Obligations
For processing a refund request due to emergencies, kindly furnish:
- An authoritative medical statement or hospital papers
- A certificate confirming demise (if relevant)
- Orders from the military
- Notice of court appearance or jury service
- Official advisories or declarations of emergency pertaining to travel
Procedure: Refunds on emergency grounds are expedited within 3 to 5 business days subsequent to the reception of the necessary documents.
Cancellations Due to Operational Reasons
Mechanical Failures
If the vessel assigned to you suffers from irreparable mechanical faults:
- Substitute Vessel: We'll seek a similar alternative
- Total Reimbursement: In the absence of a suitable substitute
- Partial Reimbursement: If the alternate vessel differs in price
- Compensation: Additional indemnity could be provided to address the inconvenience
Unavailability of Crew
On the rare occasion that a certified crew is not accessible:
- An alternate crew will be sought when feasible
- Full refund if the charter is unable to proceed
- Opportunity to reschedule with no further costs
