Our main concern is safety. Should our captain assess the weather as hazardous, we offer the option to reschedule to a new date or provide a complete refund. We keep a close watch on weather forecasts and will get in touch with you if the forecast is doubtful 24 hours prior to your departure.

For cancellations done with 72 hours or more notice, a full refund is issued. Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure are refunded at 50%. Any cancellations taken place less than 24 hours before departure are typically non-refundable, excluding outcomes relating to weather or vessel mechanical problems.
